本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Trabudget（以下「当社」）が提供する旅行総合管理アプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。 本アプリを利用するすべてのユーザー（以下「ユーザー」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本アプリの利用を希望する者は、本規約に同意の上、当社の定める方法により利用登録を行うものとします。
2. 当社は、利用申請者が以下のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合、利用登録を拒否できるものとします。
- 虚偽の情報を提供した場合
- 過去に本規約違反等により登録を取り消されたことがある場合
- その他、当社が適当でないと判断した場合
1. ユーザーは、自己の責任において本アプリのアカウントおよびパスワードを管理するものとします。
2. ユーザーは、アカウント情報を第三者に譲渡、貸与、共有してはならないものとします。
本アプリは、以下の機能を提供します。
- 旅行の計画、スケジュール管理
- 旅程の共有
- 費用管理
- 持ち物リスト
- 航空会社や空港の簡易情報
- その他、当社が追加・変更する機能
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用に際し、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
3. 不正アクセス、データ改ざん、ウイルスの送信等の行為
4. 他のユーザーの個人情報を取得、使用する行為
5. その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
1. 当社は、本アプリの内容および提供状態について、正確性、完全性、有用性等を保証するものではありません。
2. 当社は、ユーザー間または第三者との間で生じたトラブルについて、一切の責任を負いません。
3. 当社は、予告なしに本アプリの仕様変更、提供の停止または終了を行うことができるものとします。
当社は、ユーザーが以下のいずれかに該当する場合、事前の通知なく本アプリの利用停止または登録抹消を行うことができます。
1. 本規約に違反した場合
2. 登録情報に虚偽が判明した場合
3. その他、当社が利用を不適当と判断した場合
当社は、ユーザーの個人情報を適切に取り扱い、プライバシーポリシーに従って管理します。
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができるものとし、変更後の規約は本アプリ内に掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。
本規約は、日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する一切の紛争については、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the travel management application (hereinafter referred to as "this App") provided by Trabudget (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of this App are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Those who wish to use this App must agree to these Terms and complete the user registration in the manner prescribed by the Company.
2. The Company may refuse user registration if it determines that the applicant falls under any of the following:
- If false information is provided
- If the applicant has previously had their registration revoked due to a violation of these Terms
- Any other case where the Company deems the registration inappropriate
1. Users shall manage their account and password for this App at their own responsibility.
2. Users shall not transfer, lend, or share their account information with third parties.
This App provides the following features:
- Travel planning and schedule management
- Sharing itineraries
- Expense management
- Packing list
- Basic information on airlines and airports
- Other features added or modified by the Company
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this App:
1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts that interfere with the operation of this App
3. Unauthorized access, data alteration, virus transmission, etc.
4. Obtaining or using other users' personal information
5. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
1. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content and availability of this App.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any disputes arising between users or between users and third parties.
3. The Company may change the specifications of this App or suspend or terminate its provision without prior notice.
The Company may suspend or terminate the use of this App without prior notice if the User falls under any of the following:
1. Violation of these Terms
2. Providing false registration information
3. Any other case where the Company deems the use inappropriate
The Company shall appropriately handle users' personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
The Company may change these Terms as necessary, and the revised Terms shall take effect upon publication within this App.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes related to this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
